I got charged the wrong amount, and it took way too long to get it fixed. Support just kept telling me to wait, which was really frustrating. i’m definitely not ordering from carewell again.

"Packaging was a mess... again"
My box showed up crushed and partly open, which was frustrating. The items were just rolling around inside with barely any padding at all! I really don’t want to order again unless they seriously improve the packaging.

"Honestly really disappointed"
I was genuinely upset when my order arrived. The items just felt cheap and definitely not worth what I paid. One of them already looked worn out right out of the box, and another started falling apart after I barely used it. I really expected more from Carewell, so this was frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.
"Got the wrong stuff in my order"
I ordered a few supplies from Carewell, and when the box showed up, like half of it wasn’t even what I picked. It was the same kind of products, but the sizes were different, so they’re pretty much useless for what we need.
I went back and checked my order email just to make sure I didn’t mess something up, but everything was right on my end. So now I’ve gotta deal with returns and wait all over again, which is super frustrating when the whole reason I ordered was to get the right items quickly.

"Canceling Was a Total Joke"
Trying to change my subscription was way more annoying than it needed to be. The options were buried, nothing was clear, and canceling felt like some dumb runaround designed by clowns. I ended up having to contact support just to get it stopped. Huge pain.

"Return process was way more confusing than expected"
I ordered the wrong size from carewell.com and figured returning it would be straightforward, but it ended up being a hassle. I had to go back and forth over email, wait a few days for responses, i was expecting much clearer instructions on what to do next.
Even after they received the item, the refund took longer than I thought it should. I had to reach out again just to get an update. Maybe other people have had smoother experiences, but this one left me frustrated enough that I probably won’t order from them again.

As someone who shops online often, this website was a headache. I had trouble finding what I needed, the pages took forever to load, and checkout kept glitching on me. I tried twice and eventually just gave up.

I looked on Carewell for a few supplies, and honestly... the prices just felt kind of high to me. A couple things were more than I expected, and once shipping and taxes got added on, it was hard to make it feel worth it. Maybe it makes sense if you need something quickly -- but for me, the value just wasn’t really there. I’d definitely shop around before ordering again

I tried to order my usual supplies twice now, and both times the stuff I actually needed wasn’t available. The site lets you browse around like everything’s fine, but then nothing is in stock when you go to buy it. why does this have to be so complicated?

"I ordered from Carewell because I needed..."
I ordered from Carewell because I needed some supplies quickly, and I guess I just expected the shipping to match what the site seemed to suggest. But it didn’t. The tracking basically sat there for days without any real update, which was frustrating.
When it finally did move, the delivery date changed again. I was trying to wait it out, but no—actually, I couldn’t really wait, so I ended up buying the same items somewhere else. That was annoying, especially because these aren’t things I can just go without for however long.
Customer service was polite enough, and I do appreciate that, but it didn’t really solve the problem. I just don’t feel confident ordering from them when I need something to arrive on time

I reached out looking for caregiver support, i didn’t feel like I got much practical help. The responses seemed generic to me, and I still ended up having to figure most of it out on my own. From my perspective, that’s really frustrating when you’re already overwhelmed and just need clear, useful guidance.
